    Ounces Shredd Cheddar Cheese

  • 1 1/2

    Cups Flour

  • 1

    teaspoon Baking Powder

  • 1/2

    teaspoon Salt

  • 1

    Tablespoon Sugar

  • 1/3

    Cup Shortening

  • 1/2

    Cup Milk

Directions

Blend all dry ingredients add cheese and shortening mix until crumbly add milk and stir all together form into a ball turn out on floured surface and roll out to 1/2 inch thick use a 2 inch biscuit cutter bake 425 degrees for approx 10 minutes brush with melted butter when done
