Ingredients
- Topping:
- 12 Honey Crisp Apples
- Juice of 2 Lemons
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup melted Butter
- 6 Tablespoons Flour
- 4 teaspoons Cround cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 12 Tablespoons butter cut into pieces
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts

Preparation
Step 1
Peel and slice Apples
toss them with Lemon Juice Coat Well
Add 1 cup of Sugar and the Brown Sugar, 1/2 cup Melted
Butter, Flour, and Spices
Stir until mixture is well blended
In a food processor combine topping ingredients
pulse until mixture is crumbly
Pour Apple mixture into a lightly greased 9 by 13 baking dish sprinkle topping mix evenly over top of apples
Place in preheated 375 degree oven Bake for about 45 to 60 minutes apples should be tender ad topping browned
