Ingredients
- 1/2 lb chicken sausage
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 15.5 oz can cannellini beans (rinsed and smashed)
- 1 small head escarole (torn)
- 1/2 teas kosher salt
- 1/4 teas pepper
- olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Brown sausage in 2 tbls of olive oil 3-5 mins
stir in garlic and cook 2 more mins
add chicken broth
add rest of ingredients simmer for 20 mins
