Asian Mushroom Skewers

Ingredients
- 1/3 c. bottled Thai-ginger marinade
- 2 tbsp. chopped cilantro
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne , optional
- 8 oz. fresh mushrooms, cleaned
- 12 pearl onions
- 1/2 med. red pepper, cut into 8 pcs.
- 4 metal skewers

Step 1
Blend marinade, cilantro, garlic, and cayenne in med. bowl. Add mushrooms, onions, and pepper pieces; toss. Refrigerate 1-4 hrs.
Heat grill to med. direct heat. Meanwhile, thread 1 pepper piece, 1/4 of mushrooms, alternated w/ 1/4 of onions and one more pepper piece on a 12" skewer. Repeat w/ rest of skewers.
Place on grill. Cover for 15-25 mins. or till veggies are tender, turning occassionally and brushing w/ remaining marinade, if desired.
