Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs lean beef cube, trimmed of visible fat
  • 6 carrots
  • 6 ribs celery
  • 6 small potatoes
  • 6 small onions, peeled
  • 10 3/4 oz can golden mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

1. cut vegetables into large chunks
2. Mix ingredients together. Pour into a baking dish
3. Cover and bake at 300-325 for approximately 3 hours. Longer is better.
