Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs lean beef cube, trimmed of visible fat
- 6 carrots
- 6 ribs celery
- 6 small potatoes
- 6 small onions, peeled
- 10 3/4 oz can golden mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup water
- salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
1. cut vegetables into large chunks
2. Mix ingredients together. Pour into a baking dish
3. Cover and bake at 300-325 for approximately 3 hours. Longer is better.
