S'mOreo Seven Layer Bars

Ingredients

  • 15 Oreos (1 1/2 cups) crushed
  • 3 T. butter
  • 1 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 c. Hershey milk choc. bars, broken into pieces
  • 1/4 c. semi sweet choc. chips
  • 1/4 c. white choc. chips
  • 5 Oreos, crumbled
  • 14.5 oz. can sweetened condensed milk

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare an 8 x 8 baking dish by lining it with wax paper and spraying with a nonstick cooking spray. Place the Oreos in a zip lock bag. Seal the bag and use a rolling pin to crush them. Open the bag and add the butter. Place in microwave standing up for 30 seconds. Sean the bag again and smush until the butter is fully incorporated with the cookie crumbs. Press the crumbs well into the bottom of the dish. Bake the crust for 10 minutes. Remove the crust from the oven and top with marshmallows, Hershey bars, chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and crumbled Oreos. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top. Bake for 60 minutes until the top is golden and edges are bubbly. It should feel somewhat set when you push it, even though it will be melted and gooey Let cool completely before cutting and serving.
