Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 can of 100% pure pumpkin
  • 1 can of fat free evaporated milk
  • 1 unbaked pie crust dough

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together in mixer with whisk on low speed until smooth.

Roll out pie dough into a pie dish, cutting excess off edges. Pour batter into pie shell/pan.

Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 40-50 minutes. Knife should come out clean when inserted to indicate its done.
