Ingredients
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3 tsp. mayonnaise
- black olive slices
- pimento strips

Directions
Cut eggs in half crosswise, using knife or cutter to give scalloped edge. Sieve egg yolks. Add mustard, salt, pepper and mayonnaise. Mix well. Spoon into pastry bag filled with rose point. Press yolks mixture into egg whites. Garnish with olive slice of pimento strips.
