Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter, softened 1 1/4 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 (1-pound) pork tenderloins, trimmed
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 475°.
2. Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl. Rub butter mixture over pork. Place pork on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 475° for 17 minutes or until a thermometer registers 155° (slightly pink). Let stand 5 minutes; thinly slice.
