Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1-26 oz Fresh Hash Browns
  • 2 cups Shredd Colby Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 Tablespoon Butter melted
  • dash of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425

Combine Potatoes, onion powder and cheese
In another bowl
combine milk, chicken broth, half of the melted butter, garlic powder,salt and pepper. Mix until well blended, then pour the mixtureover the hash browns and mix well

Heat the remaining butter in a large ovenproof skillet over medium high heat

when skillet is hot spoon in the hash brown mixture Cook hash browns stirring occasionally until hot and all the cheese has melted (about 7 minutes)

Put the slillet into the into the oven
and bake for 45 to 60 minutes
Casserole should be bubbly golden brown
