Ingredients
- Filling:
- 3 Cups Brown Sugar
- 1 Cup Shortening
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 1 Cup Sweet milk
- 3 tsp Cream of Tartar
- 3 tsp. Soda
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 Box raisins
- 3/4 Cup Sugar

Step 1
Cream sugar and butter together. Add egss, dissolve soda and cream of tartar in milk, add vanilla and flour until stif enough to roll. Make filling: cook raisins and 3/4 cup sugar, thicken with flour. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
