Seafood: Shirley Phillips Crab Cakes

Ingredients

  • 8 oz crab meat
  • 1 egg
  • 1 t Worcestershire
  • 1/8 t dry mustard
  • 1 T mayonnaise
  • 1/2 t lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 t prepared mustard
  • 1 1/2 melted butter
  • 1/2 t parsley flakes
  • 1/2 t Phillip's Seafood Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Panko bread crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all except crab. Fold in meat. Shape and pan fry.
