Asiago Cheese and Black Pepper Scones

Ingredients

  • 1 Jiffy Biscuit mix
  • 1 c shredded asiago cheese
  • 1/2 c cream
  • 2 Tbsp coarse ground pepper
  • a couple pinches of salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients together and form 4 large piles on a greased cookie sheet.

Brush with an egg wash. Sprinkle with a little sugar.

Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes.

*Can split into 8 scones and bake for 7-8 minutes.

** if using finely ground pepper, use a lot less!!
