Ingredients
- Other veggies are optional:
- 2 lbs stew meat, cut up into small pieces
- flour
- salt
- pepper
- 1 medium onion
- oil
- beef bullion
- diced potatoes
- carrots
- flour
- green beans, corn or peas
Preparation
Step 1
Coat the meat in flour, salt and pepper.
Cook onion in a Dutch oven in oil. Brown meat.
Cover meat with water and bullion and cook for about an hour, if it looks down a lot, add water.
Add diced potatoes and carrots and cook until done
To make gravy, mix flour and water until thick.
