Healthier Fries

Ingredients

  • Enough potatoes as needed
  • Olive oil
  • salt & pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Rinse potatoes and pat to dry.

Slice potatoes with skin on, length wise into desired size fries.

Toss potatoes into a large bowl. Add some olive oil and salt and pepper. Toss to coat.

Spread on a greased baking sheet, making sure all fries are one flat level-not piled.

Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn fries over and bake for another 15 minutes.

Remove from pan and add more salt to taste if desired. Serve with ketchup.
