Ingredients
- 3 lbs. chicken breasts, cut into chunks
- 1 med. Vidalia onion
- 2 ribs celery, finely chopped
- 1 Tbs. salt
- 1 Tbs. pepper
- 1 Tbs. Old Bay seasoning
- 1 Tbs. garlic powder
- 1 C. mayonnaise
- 1/2 C. plain yogurt

Directions
Cook chicken breast until it tears apart. Cool chicken enough to handle to chop in chunks. Add celery and onion. Add garlic powder, salt, pepper, and old bay seasoning. Mix together mayonnaise and yogurt. Add to chicken mixture and mix well.To serve, use one of the following suggestions:1. Serve warm with toast, muffins, or just plain bread
2. Cool in refrigerator and serve on bed of salad greens with wedges of tomato, pickles, olives.
3. Serve as a tomato stuffer.
