Pepper and Steak Stir Fry

Ingredients

• 1 sweet red pepper
• 1 sweet green pepper
• 1 red onion
• 2 T olive oil
• 1/2 lb sliced boneless beef round steak

Preparation

Step 1

Dice all veggies

Heat 2 T olive oil in large nonstick skillet; add veggies, 1/2 lb meat.

Saute until meat is cooked through 5min.

Season with splash of vinegar.
