Ingredients
- 1/3 c Butter Crisco
- 2/3 c Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 c Dark Molasses
- 1 1/2 c Flour
- 1/2 c Wheat Flour

Preparation
Step 1
1. Beat Crisco and brown sugar.
2. Add rest ingredients, slowly adding the flour.
3. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
4. Shape in 1” balls and bake at 350° for 11 minutes
