  • 1/3 c Butter Crisco
  • 2/3 c Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 c Dark Molasses
  • 1 1/2 c Flour
  • 1/2 c Wheat Flour

Step 1

1. Beat Crisco and brown sugar.
2. Add rest ingredients, slowly adding the flour.
3. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
4. Shape in 1” balls and bake at 350° for 11 minutes
