Ingredients
- 1 lg can pineapple chunks
- 2 c mini marshmallows
- 1-1/2 c salted peanuts
- 2 c diced, unpeeled apples
- 1 lg container of Cool Whip
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1 well beaten egg
- 1-1/2 Tbsp white vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Day Before:
Mix together drained pineapple (reserve liquid) and marshmallows. Refrigerate. In a sauce pan, mix flour, pineapple juice, sugar, vinegar and egg. Cook until thick, refrigerate overnight.
Next Day:
Mix Cool Whip, sauce and remaining ingredients and refrigerate until serving.
