Grilled New Potato Packet

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. (225 g) each red and white new potatoes
  • (about 4 each)
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 2 tsp. oil
  • 3 Tbsp. Kraft Signature Sun-Dried Tomato & Oregano
  • Dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

Step 1

HEAT barbecue to medium heat.

PLACE potatoes in centre of large sheet of heavy-duty foil; drizzle with water and oil. Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.

GRILL 18 to 20 min. or until potatoes are tender.

CUT slits in foil to release steam. Open packet. Top potatoes with remaining ingredients.

Special Extra

Mince 2 cloves garlic. Add to ingredients in packet with 1/4 tsp. cracked black pepper before sealing packet and grilling as directed.

NoteIf you don't have heavy-duty foil, you can use a double layer of regular foil instead.
