• 9 potatoes, cubed
• 6 ounces cream cheese
• 1 cup sour cream
• 2 tbs. ranch mix
• 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 2 tablespoons butter

Preparation

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Drop in potatoes, and cook until tender but still firm, about 15 minutes.

Transfer potatoes to KitchenAid mixer bowl, and mash until smooth. Mix in the cream cheese, sour cream, ranch mix, pepper and butter.

Serve.
