Chipped Beef Cheeseball

This recipe was from a guy my dad worked with at Burns Machine Company.
It is a hit every time I make it!

Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz chipped beef, chopped finely (I use Buddig)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 bunch chopped green onion
  • 1 Tbsp milk

Preparation

Step 1

Blend all together and shape into a ball.

Roll in crushed nuts, if desired.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.


*I usually just serve it in a pretty container instead of shaping it into a ball.
