Mexican Caviar

Ingredients

  • 2 - 4-1/4 oz cans chopped ripe olives
  • 2 - 4 oz cans chopped green chilies
  • 2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 3 chopped green onions
  • 2 mashed garlic cloves
  • 3 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • dash of seasoning salt

Preparation

Combine all and chill overnight.
