SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE

Dark and delicious - Fondue or dipping sauce

Ingredients

• 2 cups brown sugar, packed
• 2 tsp all purpose flour
• 1/2 cup vinegar
• 1/3 cup water
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tbsp ketchup

Preparation

Step 1

In small saucepan thoroughly mix sugar and flour. Stir in vinegar, water, soy sauce and ketchup. Heat and stir over medium heat until it boils and thickens.
