  • 1 2# bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 cup onion
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 16oz sour cream
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese, grated

Mix ingredients in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Pour in 9x13 casserole dish. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour
