Dumplings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

Combine dry ingredients. Combine egg, milk and oil and stir into dry ingredients to make soft dough. Drop by spoonful into stew (should have at least 3 cups liquid). Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
