Frosted Pecans

Ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • 1 lb. pecan halves
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Beat egg white and water until frothy but to stiff. Stir in pecans.

Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon together. Add pecan mixture; stir well. Place on a cookie sheet lined with non-stick Reynolds Wrap. Bake in a preheated 300 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. Cook for 15 minutes, then stir. Cook for another 12 minutes, then stir. Cook another 12 minutes. Cool.
