Herbed chicken with sun-dried tomatoes

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast halves
- 1 bunch green onions chopped
- 1/4 red bell peppers chopped
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 tsp dried tarragon
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 3 oz oil packed sun-dried tomatoes drained and cut up
- 2 tsp dried dill weed
- 1/2 pint whipping cream
- 1 (8oz) sour cream
- Cooked pasta

Preparation
Step 1
Cut up chicken. In skillet, sauté green onions and red peppers in oil and butter. Remove vegetables. Add chicken to skillet and sauté until cooked through, drain. Stir in tarragon, basil, s&p, tomatoes, dill, and sautéed vegetables. Add cream and sour cream. Mix well. Thoroughly heat through, stirring constantly. Serve over pasta
