Cinnamon Sugar Pecans

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbl cold water
  • 1 raw egg white
  • 1 lb pecan halves
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbl cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 275

Combine water and egg white in mixing bowl. Beat until frothy. Slowly stir in pecans.

In a seperate bowl mix salt, sugar and cinnamon. Stir pecans into this mixture. Coat well- make sure there is nothing left in the bottom of bowl.

Spread on a cookie sheet. bake at 275 for 45 minutes. Stir once after 20 minutes and then after 10 minutes.
