Butter Cookies with a Kiss

Ingredients

• 2 sticks Butter
• 1 1/4 cup Sugar
• 1 teaspoon Vanilla
• 2 Eggs
• 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
• 1 3/4 cup All purpose flour
• 1 3/4 cup Cake flour
• 2 tablespoon Cake flour
• 1/4 teaspoon Salt
• Colored sugar
• Hershey Kisses - white

Preparation

Step 1

Combine butter, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Mix until creamed. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Chill 1 hour. Scoop with scooper and place on cookie sheet. Roll into balls and then roll in colored sugar.

Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Press white Hershey kiss and refrigerate for about 5 minutes.
