  • 2 T. melted butter ot margarine
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 4 T. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Melt the butter or margarine in a glass, 8-cup measuring cup. Add milk; then eggs. Beat all together. Add flour, baking powder,sugar and salt; beat until smooth. This makes a batch to feed 8-10 people. Can be halved to feed fewer.
