Ingredients
- 1 jar salsa – Medium or Hot….your choice
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 500 g container of sour cream
- 1 8 oz package of cream cheese, softened
- 2-3 cups of grated old cheddar cheese

Step 1
Microwave cream cheese on defrost until mixable. Add sour cream and mix thoroughly. Spread in the bottom of a medium sized casserole dish. Add chopped tomato and green pepper to salsa sauce. Pour salsa mixture over cream cheese mixture. Top liberally with the cheddar cheese. Cover and refrigerate a couple of hours or overnight.
Serve with tostito chips.
Note: Do NOT use any type of sour cream except for regular. If you use light or fat free or whatever, it will get all runny and watery on you.
