Ingredients
- 1 lb. steak (flat iron, flank, ribeye, tip)
- 1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Place steak in a large shallow dish. Add oil, mustard, brown sugar, and lots of salt and pepper then rub into steak and marinate for 1 to 4 hours. Let steak rest out of fridge for 10 to 15 minutes then heat grill to ugh and grill to preferred doneness. Let rat 5 to 7 minutes before serving.
Tip:
Make sure grill grates are clean and carefully brush with vegetable oil before grilling to prevent sticking.
