Ingredients
- 4 cups Birds Eye® Baby Sweet Peas, cooked according to package directions
- 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup light ranch dressing
Preparation
Step 1
Rinse peas under cold water to chill. Drain well and pour into a bowl.
Add red pepper, red onion, mayonnaise and ranch dressing.
Gently stir to combine and season with salt and pepper, if desired.
Kitchen Tip: Add crumbled bacon if desired. Makes a great side dish with grilled cheeseburgers.
