Ingredients
- 1 Package Blueberry Muffin Mix
- 3/4 C quick cooking oats
- 1/2 C chopped almonds
- 1/4 C dried cranberries
- 1/2 C butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 Can blueberries from muffin mix
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. In medium bowl, stir together muffin mix, oats, almonds, cranberries, butter and egg until well blended. Gently stir in blueberries. Scoop 2 rounded tablespoons dough and place 2 inches apert onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Press down slightly. Bake 9-11 minutes.
Makes 18 cookies
