Peanut Butter Pizaookie

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 Tablespoons Salted Butter, softened
• 3 Tablespoons Creamy Peter Pan Peanut Butter
• 1/4 cup Light Brown Sugar Packed
• 1 Tablespoon Beaten Egg
• 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla
• 6 Tablespoon Flour
• 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Peanuts

Preparation

Step 1

Creme together with an electic mixer
the butter, peanut butter, sugar, vanilla

in seperate bowl blend flour and baking soda

blend flour mixture into creamed mixture
add salted peanuts

Preheat 475 degrees

using a buttered 6 to 7 inch pie plate, cake pan, deep pizza pan press cookie dough into pan

bake 5 to 7 minutes

cool 1 minutes and top with 2 scoops of your favorite ice cream
