Breakfast Egg Casserole

Ingredients

  • 6 slices bread, torn into bite-size pieces
  • 1 lb. breakfast sausage cooked, drained
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Place bread in 13x9 inch baking pan sprayed with cooking spray; top with sausage and cheese

Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper with whisk until well blended; pour over ingredients in pan

Bake 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until casserole is set in center and top is lightly browned
