Hot Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen spinach, thawed and
  • drained
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 package softened cream cheese
  • 1 can (4.5 oz) copped green chilies, drained
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Tostito Chips

Preparation

Step 1

In bowl, combine spinach, 1 cup of cheese, cream cheese, chilies, onion, cayenne and cumin. Mix and transfer to baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Just before serving, bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Serve with Tostitos.
