Ingredients
- 8 c. rhubarb
- 2 qts. Water
- 2 small pkg. strawberry jello
- 3 c. sugar
- 4 c. strawberries
- 12 oz. can frozen lemonade
- 7 -Up or Ginger Ale as desired
Preparation
Step 1
Cook rhubarb in water until tender. Strain rhubarb juice. Dissolve jello in rhubarb juice. Add sugar & lemonade; stir. Crush strawberries & add to mixture. Freeze. Serve with 7-Up or Ginger Ale.
