Ingredients
- 1 lb vermicelli
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 2 pork chops, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 carrots, thinly sliced
- 2 celery stalks, thinly sliced
- 1/2 (12 oz) pkg frozen shrimp, thawed
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 1/4 cup water
Preparation
Step 1
Bring large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta; cook until al dente; drain.
In a deep skillet or fry pan, brown chicken, pork & garlic in the oil over mediuam heat.
Reduce heat to medium low; add onion, carrot & water; cover & steam for 5 minutes. Stir in celery and shrimp; cover & steam for 2 minutes.
Mix in bean sprouts, curry powder & soy sauce; stir together until well blended & hot (about 4-5 minutes). Tos with noodles and serve with the option of hot pepper sauce & soy sauce.
