Sausage and Scrambled Egg Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza crust
  • 1 lb hot ground sausage
  • 6 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned pepper
  • 16 oz salsa
  • 8 oz shredded Mexican 4 cheese blend
  • sour cream (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Unroll crust and press into a lightly greased 15 x 10" jelly-roll pan.

Bake at 425 for 6-8 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside.

Brown sausage. Drain and set aside on paper towels.

Whist eggs and pepper and scramble.

Spoon salsa over crust, top with sausage, eggs and cheese.

Bake at 425 for 12 minutes or until crust is golden brown.

Serve with sour cream.
