Ingredients

  • 1 package Shady Brook Farms® Turkey Breast Cutlets
  • 1 package Shady Brook Farms® Breast Tenderloins
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (reserve lemon rind)
  • 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tbsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tbsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp grated lemon peel (from reserved lemon rind)
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tbsp cracked black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, combine lemon juice, onion, soy sauce, oil, ginger and red pepper to form a marinade. Pour over turkey and marinate for up to 3 hours.

Remove turkey from the marinade.

In a bowl, combine lemon peel, garlic and black pepper. Rub over the turkey coating evenly.

Grill until meat is no longer pink in the center and internal temperature reaches 170°F, approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
