Rueben Loaf

Baked in a round loaf of rye bread, this makes a corned beef, sauerkraut, and sour cream dip.

Ingredients
- 1 C. mayo
- 1 C. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 package budgig corned beef, shredded
- 1 C. Swiss cheese, cubed read tiny
- 1/2 C. sauerkraut well drained
- 1 round loaf of rye bread
Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients together. Cut open rye loaf and pour in loaf. Bake at 350 for 50 mins. Use the top of the loaf cut into pieces for dipping.
