• 2 pkgs (10 oz each) frozen chopped spinach
• 1.5 C spreadable chive and onion cream cheese
• 1 C grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 C shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
• 1/4 C butter
• 1/4 tsp pepper

Step 1

Thaw and squeeze dry chopped spinach. Place in a large saucepan with chive and onion cream cheese, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, butter and pepper. Cook and stir over medium heat for 8-10 minutes or until heated through.
