Ingredients

    foil baking cups (2 1/2-inch)

  • 1

    can (about 16 ounces) refried beans

  • 2

    jars (11 ounces each) PaceĀ® Chunky Salsa

  • 3

    medium avocados, peeled, pitted and chopped (about 1 1/2 cups)

  • 1 1/2

    cups shredded Cheddar cheese

  • 1 1/2

    cups sour cream

  • 1/2

    cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves

  • Jalapeno, diced

  • Add some cooked ground beef/taco seasoning

  • Bite-sized tortilla chips

Directions

Layer about 1 tablespoon each beans, salsa, avocado and cheese into each cup. Top each with about 1 tablespoon sour cream and about 1 teaspoon cilantro. Serve with the tortilla chips for dipping.
