Ingredients
- 24 foil baking cups (2 1/2-inch)
- 1 can (about 16 ounces) refried beans
- 2 jars (11 ounces each) Pace® Chunky Salsa
- 3 medium avocados, peeled, pitted and chopped (about 1 1/2 cups)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- Jalapeno, diced
- Add some cooked ground beef/taco seasoning
- Bite-sized tortilla chips

Step 1
Layer about 1 tablespoon each beans, salsa, avocado and cheese into each cup. Top each with about 1 tablespoon sour cream and about 1 teaspoon cilantro. Serve with the tortilla chips for dipping.
