Ingredients
- 2 lbs swordfish steaks
- 1 T butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 t pepper
- 2 T white wine
- 4 T lemon juice

Step 1
Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the garlic and saute until the garlic begins to color. Season with pepper and white wine. Place the swordfish steaks on a broiler pan and brush with the seasoned butter. Broil 4 inches from the heat, basting occasionally, for 10 to 15 minutes or until the fish is tender and flaky. Sprinkle steaks with lemon juice.
