Spicy Buffalo Chicken Wing Soup

Ingredients
- 4 cups milk
- 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup celery
- 1/2 cup carrots
- 1/2 onion
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup hot pepper sauce
- Half and half to thicken, if desired
- Blue Cheese chunks, if desired
- Shredded Cheese, if desired

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion, celery and carrots in butter.
Cook chicken in butter and hot sauce, if desired.
Mix everything together.
Cook in stockpot over stove, or 4-54 hours in crockpot.
Add half and half, or more sour cream if desire a thicker soup.
Top with blue cheese, if desired.
