Chunky Crab Spread
- 1 package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup miracle whip
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 dry white wine or chicken broth
- 2 chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 300 g Crab Meat
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Beat cream cheese, miracle whip, garlic and pepper until smooth. Blend in wine/chicken broth. Add green onions and then half of the parmesan cheese and crab meat.
Spread evenly in an 8 inch pie plate. Sprinkle with remaining crab and parmesan. Just before serving, bake at 375 until bubbling. Cool slightly and sprinkle with parsley. Serve with crackers.
