Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 4 T. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter (margarine)
- 6 c. rhubarb
- 6 egg yolks
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 T. flour
- dash of salt
- 1 c. half & half
- 6 egg whites
- 3/4 c. sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Mix first 3 ingredients & pat into 9X13 pan; bake 15 min at 340°
Put rhubarb on top.
Mix egg yolks, 2 c. sugar, flour, salt, & half & half.
Bake 45 min.
Beat egg whites & ¾ c. sugar until it peaks.
Spread on top & bake until golden.
